Joyce Anne DeWitt aka Joyce DeWitt is an American actress and comedian.
She is best known for her role as Janet Wood on the ABC sitcom Three’s Company (1977–1984).
DeWitt was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and grew up in Speedway, Indiana.
She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in theater in 1971.
